How much will a party with Danielles Trinkets cost?

Our party costs vary depending on the number of children, location and choice of package. We offer a range of options to suit different event types. Please visit our Party Packages page for detailed pricing.

What activities will there be at the party?

Danielles Trinkets specialises in engaging and creative activities designed to delight children of all ages. Our core activities include rock painting, card making, scrapbooking, bookmark making, wood crafts, cuttlebug and jewellery making. Check out our Our Parties page for more inspiration!

What essential information do I need to know before booking?

To ensure a smooth booking process, please have your preferred party date, start time, the exact location, and the estimated number of children attending ready. This information helps us confirm availability and tailor the best experience for your little guests.

Do you cater for specific age groups?

Yes, our activities are designed to be adaptable for various age groups, typically from age 3 to 13. When you book, let us know the age range of your guests, and we'll ensure the activities are perfectly suited for maximum fun.

How do I make sure the party day goes off without a hitch?

To ensure everything runs perfectly, we kindly ask you to nominate a clear and safe space for us to set up our activities upon arrival. This helps us get started quickly and keeps everything organised. We'll confirm any specific setup requirements with you prior to the day. If you have chosen to pay on the day via cash, I will collect that on arrival. 

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

We understand plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your booking. On booking there is a $10 nonrefundable deposit for cancelations. No loss to the deposit if the booking is rescheduled.

Can I customise a party package?

Absolutely! While we have popular Party Packages, we love to create bespoke experiences. If you have a special theme or specific activities in mind, please chat with us, and we'll do our best to make your vision a reality.

Do you travel outside of Ashburton?

While we primarily serve the Ashburton District area, we will be able to travel to surrounding regions for an additional $0.70 per km
